Basic Composition Notebook to Beautiful Journal

Turn a simple composition notebook into a beautiful journal!

Composition notebookHere's a journal I made out of a basic composition notebook I purchased from a local retail store. I also made a coordinating post-it note holder to go with the journal. Together they make a beautiful gift to give someone or fun to use at home or work.

I used some Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper, coordinating card stock and Crystal Effects to cover the notebook.  Then, I decorated the cover using a variety of Stampin' Up! products (listed below).
You may have seen my previous post on covering clipboards with Designer Series Paper.  The one on the left in this photo coordinates with the journal and post-it note holder above.  I love how Stampin' Up! products all coordinate!
