Shimmery Wedding Card

Wedding Card
I made this wedding card for very dear friends of mine who were recently married.  The softness of the Smoky Slate card stock works well with the Shimmery White card stockThe Silver Foil Paper and the Silver Embossing Power also add shimmer to the card.  To embellished the card I used the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder along with some Whisper White Organza ribbon.  I created the flowers using Shimmery White card stock and the Boho Blossoms Punch.

How to Create the Flowers:
  1. Punch five layers of flowers using the Boho Blossoms Punch.
  2. Stack all five layers together and piercing a hole in the center using a Paper-Piercing Tool.
  3. Separate each layer and spritz with water (to make damp) using a Stampin' Spritzer.
  4. While still wet, re-stack all five layers, alternating layers, and attach together using a Silver Mini-Brad.
  5. Beginning with the top flower, scrunch the flower up and away from the remaining layers.
  6. Do the same with the remaining layers one layer at a time.
  7. Once all layers have been scrunched together, separate each layer just a bit to form flower.
  8. Let flower dry.
